NHS & Traverse - Down The Line

Traverse are a brilliant client we love working with. They asked us to help them with a quite fascinating NHS project. 

Everyone’s very excited about the potential of remote consultations but the NHS wants to discover how people actually find them. We worked with Traverse to explore a series of personas, distilled from hundreds of real life stories. We brought each persona’s tale to life working with a comic book artist who specialises in bringing the human touch to difficult concepts.

NHS - North London Partnership

We’ve made lots of videos to help people in North London get the most from their care. Two of these were created during lockdown to help people navigate the new situation. We were able to get these videos made very quickly, so the information was out there as soon as it was needed. We also developed home recording facilities in this period to deliver voiceover safely
